Here comes a long detailed answer cause I love my brain and how it just fires out ideas in the night.

Pump session, cold shower, phenibut to chill out + herb combinations at higher doses..The days I have sex I play with it. I usually take a way bigger than usual dose of pine pollen, take tonkgat, tribulus, Horny goat weed etc. (basically what Mal said)

I do that but also take low dose Viagra just to be 120% sure, even if I feel good...I’ve had sex the next day after though and based on how the drug works it’s out the system by then so that’s all me. I know you can’t take PDE5’s though ..

It’s deff a mind & relaxation thing too.
foreplay is a must, you have to really zero in on pleasing the girl & take focus off of you. It all works out.. I notice for me actual penetration is at most like 5-7 minutes, it’s just that all the other things makes it seem like an hour..

Try not to worry...Women don’t think or perceive things like us at all, I don’t mean it in a bad way.. they’re just different than us,you have to remember that too. It’s more about the whole experience and living in the moment for them.The way they look at sex is different than us.

& as far as performance, don’t worry about that too, a lot of the times how much she enjoys sex is not based on physical things like size or how rock hard you are, it’s all on your vibe with it and how high her interest level is in you... basically you’re acting like a man through it all with confidence and she’s digging you..
There are guys who pack crazy wood & even fuck well that can’t rock a girls world like a guy whose equipment or even fuck game isn’t on his level cause she digs him more for whatever reason, maybe his game is better, or makes her feel like woman, or timing, or the mood..theres just so many factors to it, it’s not clear cut like how we think . It’s why they so damn complicated lol.

Ofcourse I wish I had a foot long rod like a pornstar though, wouldn’t hurt..

Us guys always fall into the thing where we project our Male thinking patterns onto women and assume that they are thinking and experiencing things like us males do.They are wired different. A lot of the shit we get concerned about, they don’t care about.. the way a man loves vs the way a woman loves is two different things (Patrice O Neal)..again I’m generalizing, but that’s my experience for the most part.. I hate to sound like a know it all cause I’m younger than you & I really don’t known shit lol
