Title: Becoming a Supple Leopard 2nd Edition: The Ultimate Guide to Resolving Pain, Preventing Injury, and Optimizing Athletic Performance
Author: Kelly Starrett
My Opinion: 2nd half of book, awesome for therapy or sore joints, easy to read. Not much for dynamic mobility warmups. I noticed some power lifters seem to go slightly different ways than him on things about bracing, queues, foot position etc, but on therapy side helped a ton
I started messing with a few mp3s for hypnosis and visualization, since I never have before. Does seem to help some. LegendaryStrength is one site, but seems semi demanding price for a single mp3 idk.
To stick with subcategory of this thread, anyone know what book has a 2 workout a week strength based chart? It had a high & low rep day, and it was just a typical plug in your max with about 5 sets each workout. I've seen it in early 2000s and haven't been able to find for years. lol.
SEO book for Dummies, 6th Edition very helpful
