EDIT: Just want to add that I know all too well what you're experiencing. When I was at my worst, every square inch of my skin burned like I had been in the hot sun all day without sun screen. And the anxiety was radiating in every fiber of my muscles. My heart would pound fast and hard and wasn't even psychological. I was convinced I was dying. Thanks man. I want to try that stuff but I’m mortified to put anything in my body. I took B complex that included folic acid and b12 along with the other things that were mentioned, is this a bad idea? I drank a little bit of coffee because I read it is a demethylator, feeling maybe a little calmer, seriously hoping it doesn’t backfire on me. I’ve had a constant panic attack and insomnia for 5 straight days and I am so wired that it feels like I’m crawling out of my skin. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
