Just wanted to give you guys an update.
Skin is great, mental acuity is strong, and I sleep just fine. Definitely sitting pat at 90% consistently.
Sexually I have good days and bad days, but they're far more good. When I get going I can fuck with the best of them, but libido itself can fluctuate. I'm looking for something to increase it a little. Cycling prohormones can definitely help, but I was also wondering about another potential avenue...
I've heard taking zinc supplements can help with that? I noticed some recovery stories mentioned the helped downstairs from zic and/or copper and I was wondering what others thought.
I tried zinc picolinate 30mg and promptly vomited, so maybe I need a smaller dose or a different type of zinc.
