Hey turnover buddy, just dropping in. Run a two month TUDCA cycle and make sure you don’t drink at all while doing it. I did the nutricost 250mg 2x daily with breakfast and dinner. I didn’t notice anything on it except for some looser poops, but I started with AST/ALTs that slowly climbed from <20 to the 60s after PFS. I just got bloods done and now they are both back to 15. Don’t expect any acute relief or improvements, but healing the liver is definitely a cornerstone of dealing with PFS for most and I know the TUDCA did contribute to my well being. Hope all is well on your end.

This is one of the major reasons why the cleanse in the beginning of the protocol is so important. It's also why the longer you can cleanse, the better off your foundation will be to build upon.

TUDCA can be used for a nice sweep of the liver without too much to worry about.
