Some guys may have to just focus on their mental health for a year or two before they can do the protocol. I hope he is seeing a therapist.

Some guys may have to just focus on their mental health for a year or two before they can do the protocol. I hope he is seeing a therapist.

Sometimes.....and this may sound harsh....there are those guys who just can't mentally pull it together to do this. And they stay stuck.....forever...the thought of it brings sadness beyond belief. Then I snap myself right back into the present where I should be, and everything is great. Sad though.
