Yet I still had dry skin and sexual dysfunction. T levels mean nothing, PFS is likely much deeper than serum hormone levels. I've been on the protocol for 7 months now and it's really good. Spirulina is one of the most nutrient dense foods out there. It's much more nutrient dense than the T boosting herbs, although they still have obscure nutrients that are nice to have. That's how they boost your T. Spirulina and Chlorella just covers your bases nutritionally and are superior to regular multivitamins because they don't have any additives or bunk supplements.
