If your symptoms improved via a beer, then you’ve either got extremely low E or some GABA disregulation. I know we normally don’t use blood tests on this forum for much but would be worth seeing where your estrogen is. With crashed estrogen you will have all of those symptoms mentioned.

First I would do some sort of blood work to confirm it. Taking shots in the dark without blood work (unless you're following a known protocol) is how you end up in the situation you're in right now.

I took blood test this morning but for estrogens they didn’t have the MS method you suggested me, so I took them with normal blood test.

Good. Yeah, the LCMS method is quite expensive. Most of the time to get it you have to purchase privately online, in my experience.
