I did take my last injection of testosterone enanthate in july 27, then in august 4 i switch to propionate, 20mg ED, until september 1, then i stop all and wait for september 20 to begin PCT, i did 5 week of nolva 40/40/20/20/10 and Enclomiphene 25/25/25/12.5/12.5. This drugs must still be in the blood system , as nolvadex takes long to clear. Maybe its why my total T and SHBG is very high as seen in image. I will wait longer to see if it comes down after nolvadex left my body.

So i finish PCT and waiting now, do you think I am recovered yet or still balancing out after? My balls feel a little small, but my total T level seems to be good at 1100ng/dl range. what do you think?
And i will never touch DUT/FIN/RU ever again in my life, even minoxidil im scared. I will never touch those or SSRI in my whole life, or deccadurabolin or accutane , anything that cause this dreaded disease, they all seem to be similar in shutting men down. I think it smore than DHT also allopregnenolone is reduced, and dihydroprogesterone and other neurosteroids... i wish i knew this before i start.. luckily i only take DUT for 2 weeks and stop, i took 2 mg total exposure but this was in MAY and been many months since then.

I will commit to it, i need to buy everythign that i have to for this to be in place and folow the plan. I did some cardio and found my penis felt better also, maybe i need to do that too. Thanks for the help and i will come back here to update everything
You’re welcome, sorry for my delayed reply. November 2021 was a terrible time for me.

I would look towards CDsnuts for guidance most of all. I think following the protocol is the way to go, and then just let your body repair and rebalance itself over time. I have heard some people here like Joe claim that if you’ve used testosterone too much in your lifetime then it will cause primary hypogonadism and your testicles wouldn’t be able to produce normal amounts of testosterone ever again, despite the protocol. But then I have heard CDsnuts say that he thinks it would take years to repair the testicles using the protocol, probably on top of how long it would take to recover from PFS.

I don’t think anyone has done an experiment trying to find out who is right, but personally I would like to believe that the protocol would still be able to repair someone in that situation. It would at least be worth trying for a few years. But fortunately it sounds like you are not in that situation because you got off of the testosterone before it was too late, and then did the proper PCT. If your body is still able to produce normal amounts of testosterone then I would say that the TRT that you took did not cause permanent damage because you stopped it and did PCT in time.

It sounds like you were on TRT for about 6 months? This is a long time, right around the edge where I think permanent changes to the testicles would happen. (Maybe the protocol could reverse those permanent changes over time.) So it’s good that you stopped when you did.

Anyway, I’d say you should keep posting in your recovery thread, or if you don’t have one yet, then start one. Good luck and keep going bro, you got this!

6 months is not a "long time" to be on TRT, firstly, so you lucked out there.

Bottom line, you know what you have to do. Everyone does who comes here, it just takes different people different times to finally accept their lot in life. The sooner they do, the better the get, quicker.

Drop the bullshit, cleanse, and start the protocol.
