Today is a good day. I woke up with a full, 100% or very close erection. It didn't last very long but it was qualitative.
Then I got a random semi erection while walking down the street.
I'm still tired but I see improvements on the sexual side, it's day and night compared to a year ago.
What I added recently (2 weeks ago) : I drink ionic minerals.
My plan ? Add Nad+, vitamin B complex. I would have oxidative stress causing me all this fatigue.
Of course I still continue do eat well, exercising, try to not over fap, cold showers...
