    If your goal is to get to a lean 185 is not worry about the strength and lean out and hold into as much size as you can.

    word. Its probably tied into your cals falling off (strength I mean) but I'd venture a guess that you havent "lost" the strength just yet (ie lost muscle) Probably just running low on fuel.
    How much of a weight drop are you seeing from week to week?

    Since last week I am down 5lbs. I'd like to maintain 1 to 2 lbs a week after I find my equilibrium.

    Thats about right for initial weight loss. If it persists for two weeks though I'd say you're not eating enough. And or not hydrated enough. Not sure if you have a preworkout or intra-workout but keep the fluids high. Could be something as simple as 2 slices of whole wheat bread about an hour before training and drink gatorade while you train.

    Either way your going in the right direction man!

    Thanks. I have given myself plenty of time to drop the fat and maintain the muscle. I think most of that weight was pissed out since I have dropped creatine mono, I take a little hcl pre w/o but not every day.

    I was taking mono ed at 10 mg and mono 5 g pre w/o on cycle. pct i stopped mono towards the end and was taking hcl sporatically pre w/o because it didn't sit right with the DAA i was taking, too much acid.
    Now the hcl is pre when I lift heavy but sometimes I forget.

    had a great squats session today, did back squats, front squats, thrusters. I threw in some cleans and kb swings for good measure.

    I am thinking about ordering some CLA and metaburn from rx whey to have on hand for when my weight loss stagnates.
