    Ordered a shitload of supps today and most had to to with overall health/digestion.
    Since I'm on a high fat diet I finally ordered all the supps that Jel posted in a thread I started a while back. Bunch of MCT oil, ACV with mother, and some goods from Evolved.

    Complete rest day yesterday and ate a bunch of cals but I woke up 3lbs lighter and that's 5lbs down this week.
    Punisher HIIT and Deads this evening then I'll load up the carbs.

    Oh and after Mondays 600g carbs I woke up 2lbs lighter so my body is really working well and forcing the carbs into the muscles and fat to be mobilized and burned.

    Scope no way bro! 315 for 5 sets! I dunno why you said you have to ''catch up'' lol. You're beast mode is back on full throttle!!!

    And nice metabolic results!! I'm not eating as much as you, but, I woke up 3 times during the night.. HUNRGY as hell. First time had about 30 grams of protein from a casein shake I always leave next ti my bed. Woke up again a few hours later, hungry as HELL!!! In fact I was dreaming that I was STARVING! Went and grabbed some canned tuna, almonds and Peter Pan Peanut butter. Back to sleep... woke up hungry AGAIN a few hours later, drank some water.. fell asleep. Finally woke up hungry in the morning and hit the gym for some hardcore workout on CO / ECA / Celery extracted from the juicer.

    Metabolic rate was def affected by what I ate Monday... Probably gonna aim for 4000 cals twice a week now. Mondays and Thursdays, and go lower the rest of the week

    Just 5 singles at 315 so 5 reps total.

    The Epi Andro RX has me feeling real good and the focus in the gym and while conditioning is fucking insane. This Saturday will be the end of week 3 and I'm very impressed with the results so far and the alpha feeling is just icing on the cake. Just have to remind myself to not push to hard to fast since this is just the start of things and shit should get REAL interesting when I add in PPs Tbol or another compound into the mix on the 29th or 31st of this month.

    Really enjoying the ability to smash cals and lean out but I know I'll have to clean it up sooner or later to get the results I'm really after.

    Fuck the volume after because I was done after that 5th double, but I had to try and get more in because you never know until you try and would of hit at least a 5x5 if it went down. Either way it was a good ass session and I felt good the whole time. Once I get a 5x5 with 405 I'll try for a single at 455-475 2 sessions later.

    For being out so long (6-8 months) and just getting back to the iron (6-8wks) I'm pretty happy with how things are moving along.

    Same 500-600g carbs I've been having will be had again tonight.

    Have lots of time to make up for and with some hard work and a little assistance I should be able to get it done.
    Having carbs more often sure makes high volume workouts easier too.

    Wanted and could have kept going after 205 but I was already over my 90min time limit by 20 so 110 minutes total plus the 20-30min I'm pushing the Punisher.

    Went into this workout not knowing how it was going to turn out but I felt and stayed strong the whole time so I just kept on keeping on.
