    Body weight: 249.9
    Bench
    Raw
    135 x 8
    185 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 3
    315 x 8 (never done this before)

    Borrowed a metal ace shirt
    365 x 3 3board
    405 x 1 2.5 board
    455 x 1 2.5 board
Didn't like it took it off

cambered bar bench (causes elbows to go 3 or 4" bellow the chest)
    135 x 10
    225 x 16
    275 x 10

    Cable skull crushers
    50 x 12
    85 x 8

Now were talking! I've never handled 315 like that before. Was planning on treating this as a deload/light day to give my body some extra recovery, but once I started pressing I felt great. I was thinking 3 maybe 5, 8 was a surprise to me! And the last one was as smooth as the first. Think its safe to say something is in effect. Had lots of power for the accessory work too.

    Deadlift!

    Warm up
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    315 x 3
    405 x 3
    add metal king pro conventional
    495 x 1 straps down
    575 x 1 straps up
    635 x 1
Added some hanging green bands just some pop off the floor
700 x almost! Just that last inch! tore open my callouses, but did not loose my grip this week!

Just a straight up deadlift day. Felt solid, my suit was insanely tight at this body weight. Made getting to the bar nearly impossible the way I normaly have it. For the most part I had energy to spare but with the hand its usualy best to give it a day or two to close back up.

Just a make up accessory day:

    Standing with 30# DB's:
    Shrugs x 20 x 3
    over head press x 20 x 2
    Alternating curls x 15 x 3
    behind head skull crushers x 20 x 2

    Done rapid fire.

This picture reminds me of how much skin I left on the bar from either my hand or my shins back in the old days. I still have scars on the shins from countless pulls...they open up with barely a bump nowadays.
All advice given is for entertainment value only. And it's free. Take it for what it's worth.

Yeah same here. At first people thought I played soccer I had my shins so beat up. These days my right shin I tend to really grind against bleeds as soon as I see the bar! The one and a halfs are like running a cheese grater over it.

Ha, nope haven't been to that sand box in a few years. There was a bar that one jackass meet promoter had sharpened (literally) before his meet and ever since I have a big gash under my finger where I refused to let go of the bar and it tore open. I usually have to sand down the callous but I didn't think it needed it. I was wrong.

Its closing up ok though.. Bite down on spoon.. heat knife.. coterize that b*tch

The wound wasn't big enough for me to push the round through.
