I'll be running everything for 8 weeks.
Phyto-test and Anabeta will be dosed 4 caps each pre workout and 2 more caps before my last meal or bed.
Hghpro will be 3-4 caps right before bed.

Well looks like somebody is getting ready to go on a rampage!
The REAL rampage will start after this little 8 week booster run.
Tonight's backload...
1000g potatoes cooked in 3-4tbs butter
400g chicken cooked in 2tbs butter
Kicked the BL off with a 50g pro blend, 6g leucine and then had some TJs banana flattened 120g carbs, and some gummies 60g carbs.
Woke up this morning feeling fucking great.
My body was doing all kinds of shit last night and I woke up a few times to piss and I was just soaked in sweat, and had to sleep on the other side of the bed.
Next backload will be on Friday night to fuel Saturdays am session, I won't be able to lift at all Friday so it'll be my first off day eating carbs.
I'm a squat whore!!!
Squats and deads are my favorite so I do them often and most of the time together.
Lifting with carbs more often is so much better...
The pumps are killer and fuck I missed that shit!!!
No backload tonight because I want to stay ULC 2.5 days then hit the carbs Friday night and kill squats and deads.
I may split squats and deads up and move deads to Sunday morning but its to eat away to tell how I'll be feeling or wanting to do.
Time to strip some more fat and build some fucking MASS!!!
I still enjoy this meal like no other....
1.25lbs beef
1lb asparagus

Jumped on the scale this morning and I'm 213 so that's a loss of 3-5 pounds this week. I was stuck at 216-218 for 4 weeks so its nice to see something changing. I also feel great and my workouts are just on another level and the pumps are SICK.
Goal is to be 225-230@10% but I'd like to sit at 210-215 while I lean out and then ramp up the cals and carbs to lean bulk to 225-230 and then just work on maintaining that all year.
