A day with or without Androhard @ 9 caps is the same for me.

Very strange :-(

I don't take AH or Stano since 4 days and nothing changed in my feelings or in my body. I don't understand

Lethargy came back today after 4 days without AH.
However I started a supplement for prostate support today and I will start Stano soon.

I have a little pain in my left pectoral. I wonder if this is not the beginning of a gyno? I heard someone say that he thought to have injured his chest and a week later gyno appeared.

I will follow more closely this little annoying pain.

I take Anastrozole E3D @ 0.25mg since monday.

Androhard (Stanodrol) can be very effective at mitigating E2 sides, and I would gradually taper down the dosage but not stop it dead as that may well lead to a oestrogen rebound effect. If I was you, I'd keep the AH or Stanadrol as consistent as possible. As you're on Stanodrol I'd advise 800-1000 ed. Just make sure to taper it down slowly.

I may be wrong, but I think 9 caps AH is the equivalent of 1800mgs Stano. As AH has a slow release delivery (for want of a better description), it's pretty epic,, but I don't think 1800mgs Stano would be something I'd like to try.

I would love to use 1.8 grams of stano per day! haha

full dose (6pills) androhard v3 made my joints hurt, added androbulk promptly lol

i was dry as a mufucka but couldn't even bench cause of wrist pain.

Done it. Lol. I think I went up to 2 grams a day with AH1.

I started with 800mg and will up to 1000mg today

I'd rec 6gms fish oil ed and Cissus. I use either SNS or Usplabs, depending on deals. I stopped taking Glucosamine, etc, and didn't
notice any difference. Good quality Cissus with a extract strength similar to Usplabs works really well.
Antaeus Achilles is a great product, but I had to supplement with extra Cissus, so it gets pricey.

Re AH joint pain; I've had this before at anything over 4 AH, but I seem to handle AH @9 caps fine, now. Maybe it's since I started using Cissus year round? Who knows.
