Rutgers wide receiver Leonte Carroo was arrested and charged with simple a sault under domestic violence, according to the Rutgers University Police Department.The 2014 All-Big Ten player was Sunday for an incident that occurred outside Rutgers' High Point Solutions Stadium Saturday night after the Scarlet Knights lost to Washington State, Rutgers coach Kyle Flood announced on Sunday.Rutgers University Police Department chief Kenneth Cop confirmed the charge, . Police say the investigation into the incident allegedly involving Carroo is ongoing.
