    Eating smart

Hey all, as you are aware we now live in a world full of chemicals, pesticides and pharma. It is hard to avoid em all but is imperative to do it when necessary. In regards to diet it would be ideal the best thing to do is to switch to a full organic diet, but as you know organic products are really expensive and not everyone can afford it. Well there is a way we can do this financially and healthy wise, first of all you must understand that there are some vegetables that contain a lot of pesticides e. g. Spinach, strawberries. While others, because of their natural composition, seems to keep away plagues and other stuff, therefore they barely need chems and pesticides.

Take a good look at this chart

Next time you go to get groceries, remember the list above. Is it dirty? well you better get that one organic or don't get it at all. Is it on the clean side? go for it, no need to go organic.

    Eat smart

    keep going.

Indeed, and even better than organic, grow some of your own veg/herbs if possible

I'm an entrepreneur. I've made most of my money in the insurance business and have been branching out into the web business over the past year-and-a-half.

My goal over the next year or so is to make total male optimization a more prominent website than it is now.

I have a lot of work left to do. Pictures are going to be the next thing added to the site

It's going to be focusing on men 30 and up

Sweet spot CD good place to sun the Nuts too lol. I can´t grow atm since I leave at an small apartment in downtown.

Anyway, for the research I have done it seems that spinach and strawberry are at the podium of the dirty fuckers (apples and tomatoes are close behind, specially the skin and seeds).
Just look the amount of stuff that is in the regular spinach you get at a store.

Someone once asked a man how he was. He replied, “I’m going through hell!” Said his friend: “Well, keep on going. That is no place to stop!”

I always buy organic greens and apples. I try and get the stuff I use for juicing 100% organic.
