    Both of them are!! Lol
    I fucking hate picking between 2 girls because it leaves me wondering!
    Both are fit and have fitness backgrounds, both like cars, and I have a shit load in common with both of them.
    1 has a kid but that's common around here and most females my age or you get have 2-3 kids, so that's for sures not a deal breaker.
    Both will be given a shot so it'll be in there hands.

    Did 35 minutes of cardio and my body feels zapped and my legs felt it right as I started my 2.5 mile cardio session.
    So no deads tonight but I'll still eat a sweet potato tonight and kill deads tomorrow first thing in the morning!!!
    What I will do is some light chest. More of a stretch than anything because the weight will be kept low. Incline and flat bench/flys.

    You ever do any trx chest excercises? They have invaded my local gym and to be honest, they are pretty cool. Doing dips with em are challenging.

    Here you guys go!!!
    Thinly sliced sweet potato

    Fring them in coconut oil

    After that I spread them out on a cookie sheet and baked them

    My version of Fish and Chips!!!


    Everything was just seasoned with black pepper, garlic powder, and lightly sea salted.

    After eating that plate I had some honey nut Cheerios, shreaded wheat, and fruit.

    After eating that meal above I ate honey nut Cheerios, shreaded wheat, and fruit.
    Still have the pudding to eat and will eat it after I smoke a bowl and lift some weights..
    Love that my gym is 50 feet away from my front door..
    2013 is almost here so its time to get Real Serious!!!!

    I'd cut the salt out if I was on cycle. May make a difference with bp and bloat.
