I hit squats on Tuesday and I just kept it quick and light.
On a side note I was able to do 10 wide grip pull-ups like nothing so that made me happy.
Yesterday I just did a quick BW session where I did a circuit of chin-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and hypers.
Today I'll be doing light deads with some more BW stuff and light back work.
These last 3 months of 2013 will be all about getting back into the groove, so I'll be keeping it lighter with quick but effective sessions.
