You NEED to be selfish about getting your health back. If there was any time in your life to be that way, NOW is the time. This time is all about you....all of it. That's how important this is. The thing is, it might sound bad, but by taking this time and doing this for yourself, EVERYONE else in your life will benefit to the new strong, mentally balanced you. You being a better man, is better for every person you come into contact with in your life.

libido very low and numb genitals.
also energy very low. seems my up swings and down swings are often like 2 weeks cycle. Felt great 2 weeks post andro and then now in a down swing.
I would also use some supplemental magnesium. Do you have the natural calm stuff. What you're experiencing could be a symptom of all three. Honestly, I don't think the pine pollen is strong enough to tank potassium on it's own, unless you're super low coming off a cycle. On it's own, it wouldn't happen....
yeah I use everything u recommend on TMO. I use magnesium every evening.
Sleep was shit again today. Could only get 5 hours and layed in bed for like an hour couldn't get back to sleep so said fuck it I'll just enjoy the extra time. woke up with monster libido and morning wood tho.
past 2-3 days my hands have been really numb and fatigued. hoping it's just fatigue from hand work and lack of sleep.
got paranoid cuz i was having lemon water with shilajit in the morning which according to lost empire is a no go cuz it frees up aluminum in the shilajit. peripheral neuropathy? carpal tunnel? hopefully neither. didn't @hulk get something similar?
went to doctor and we did some tests on my hands and he thinks it's just strain from lifting and should be good in 2-3 days. hope so. gunna lay off shilajit for a week too just in case and not mix with citrus.
hope it's not related to that heart pain I had on/off. strangely it did seem to only happen during herb rotation from what I recall eeek.

did 15 grams of ashwagandha powder and that helped knock me out. So at least now I have two things that work. I think alibizia works for me too.
the ziziphus works for REM but not for anything else for me. Passionflower I don't think does jack. Kava seems to work but might have to up the dose.
I use 15 grams alibizia. definitely works. ziziphus doesn't make me sleep deeper but does increase REM. used it last night and had an hour long morning wood!

i was listening to ben greenfield podcast and he was saying that men actually get two testosterone pulses a month and I notice this a lot with pfs. my downswings are typically 2 weeks and upswings 2 weeks and each upswing is a little bit better. This one just started and my libido this morning was like pre-pfs.
One of my boys was telling me that one of the apps the girls have to "like" you first, where as the other (not sure which is which) you just swipe whatever chick you want to get with.

Sleep pretty pre-pfs with the help of sleep herbs today :D ziziphus+skullcap combo worked really nice. ziziphus gives me more rem and skullcap staves off the frequent wakes.
had 4 shots of vodka mixed with oj last night. used nac before bed. I feel fine and was also able to fuck this pretty sexy girl after the wedding after the vodka too.
overall i'm in an upswing so about 90% overall (while on the protocol though with supplements and everything would probably be lower off protocol
sleep 90% right now but it gets back during downswings. Now i'll just wake up once to pee than quickly fall back asleep or i miss that last stage of rem sleep some days now I actually sleep the way i used to though.
physically 95% though this wasnt a huuuge issue. still get some facial puffiness as I say that I think is more than just weight put on.
sexually 70%. I don't respond to porn as much as I used to. before the mere thought that i was gunna click on youporn i'd get a boner. now it takes like 2-3 mins to get into it (though I barely watch while on protocol). sexually I haven't had full erectile function in 3-4 months. just multiple rounds is hard but i'm having sex very close to as often as much as I used too. This is definitely the weakest recovery point though. sometimes it's very numb down there too. I get spontaneous erections and morning wood like 50% of days though :) my libido was extremely high before pfs though so I think it's actually equivalent to a normal mans now but not normal for me so still striving. My libido is a big part of identity and I drives me in other parts of life too.
mentally 97%. I'd say 100% but sometimes not as sharp mentally when my sleep also goes down. I'd say my ambition is also a bit lower in a way and also a bit of laziness but I think that might be more my life situation more than pfs.
I'm probably gunna get a downswing like a week or two as that's the way it seems to go for me.
Ordered 4 andro and r-andro and gunna hit cycle in july so looking forward to that as it's a new combo for me and it's what brought maxout's libido back which is pretty much my last huge symptom.

I've experimented with it and I think the reason why it hasn't / won't work out is. I'm decent looking so people will attribute it to that / I don't really do anything different than what the current instructors do so it's not like I have a unique selling proposition.

Yeah I've wondered if that also has something to do with higher DHT levels predisposing you to pfs symptoms.
