Fwlt good to bench again! First real bench session following the XPC. Great work, feeling good about the volume. Did have some cramping issues yesterday and today, thinking I need to increase water intake levels.

On the great side will soon be trying out a run of triumphalis thanks to SoCal Nutrition! So be on the lookout for a new review log!
