It is unnatural to eat every 2-3 hours like most people seem to do in the era of unlimited food. For the first few days at least, I’ll do 12/12 because it’s so easy. I’m still trying to hunt down scientific publications that studied androgen receptors and IF, to find out if 16/8 works better.
If I do all of my eating between noon and 8 PM, that won’t be too much harder. (None of it seems that hard after not eating for 21 days.) If it’d give me more benefits then I’d go for that, but I want to find some studies.
