No, that's not the problem. I get worse with some stimulation, like weightlifting, coffee, alcohol, ginger, cinnamon, I even tried to do some aerobics alone and I got a wet dream like when I just try to exercise my biceps. This is not good because I always get worse when I ejaculate so I'm avoiding at all cost but this is something I really can't control because it happens when I sleep.
Yesterday I had it and I don't know if it happened because I was thinking about some girls before sleep or because I exercised, it seems like its both. It's a fucking hell, specially when you do things that will make you recover, you feel that you're recovering and then this shit happenes and you got worse and back to square one.
